      Rated 1 out of 5�by Bonded Leather started to peel in less than 2 yrs. There were two problems with this otherwise fine chair. The first was that all the chromed metal began to rust within a year- i live in Hawaii. The second is making the chair unusable. The bonded leather covering the seating surfaces is beginning to peel off in large pieces. This is the last time I'll buy anything made with bonded leather. April 3, 2016
      Rated 4 out of 5�by Love it One of the best chairs at the store I went to. I'm 5'10", and it is tall enough for a headrest for me. Super comfy. Only downsides are that when the say big and tall, the mean both. If it was just a tall chair, it would be even better. It seems like I need to grow another 150lbs to fit in it completely. Also, the silver parts are fingerprint magnets. They show everything. March 30, 2016
      Rated 5 out of 5�by Excellent Chair --under warranty taken care of!! I bought this chair Sept 2014---I use the is chair a good 8 hours a day. (6'3 300lbs) The leather has held up very well as has the seat and back-- however in March of 2016 the gaz--lift went out. Called the company that made the chair --no hassle sent me a new lift :) However even with their video and instructions I could not remove the lift. Called them up and explained the problem--They sent everything from the seat bottom down -seat bracket--base and wheels.--no that is what I call service. Thank you again March 25, 2016
      Rated 1 out of 5�by Not for Hardwood Floors! The wheels on this chair will not roll on wood floors, and according to the product support office, this is a known issue. The only solution is to purchase an optional set of "soft wheels" for about $50. Trying to move this chair on hardwoods is like trying to move a bicycle with the brakes on -- it doesn't roll, just skids -- which gets annoying in a hurry. They also informed me these wheels could damage wood floors, although this did not happen in my case. I don't know what is worse, paying an additional $50 for the replacement wheels or dissembling and returning this beast to the store. I have used a number of other office chairs on hardwoods, so I'm not sure what makes this Office Depot WorkPro so fussy. Overall, majorly disappointed. Do not recommend for hardwood floors. 1 star. March 23, 2016

      It does, but it's not really a feature. It's part of the back of the chair but unless you sit straight up against the back you won't notice it. I lean forward so I feel it on my lower back but it's not like super supportive. Still nice to have it, though.

      The chair has built-in lumbar in the lower portion of the back cushion. The additional foam in the lower back provides adequate support for the lower back. The lumbar area height range is between 4 to 6 inches from the seat cushion when the seat cushion is compressed under weight.

      it does NOT have an "adjustable" lubar suppor, but it is very firm down low where it counts. I had low back surgery (L4-5 hernia) and it feel great!

      After raising the chair to the maximum it looks around 17 inches to 18 inches between the floor and underside of the seat. I am on a carpet though in a home office so it could be nearer to 18 inches. I hope this helps and also I wasn't completely sure on the measurements you wanted so from the floor to the top of the seat at maximum it seemed to be around 23 inches.

      Pull the little lever out to the side and it tilts approximately 45 degrees. I do not feel like I'm going to fall over when I lean back or rock. However, no napping in this one since it won't go really far back. :)

      Pull out the handle on the right below the seat. But you can lock the tilt only in the upright position by pushing the same handle back in when upright.

      I don't know how far back you can tilt when unlocked. But I don't think you can tilt it too far - far enough for the whole chair to fall over backward with you in it.

      The chair tilt is controlled with the same handle that raises and lowers the chair. If you pull the handle out you unlock the tilt and by pushing the handle in until it clicks will lock in place. It goes back pretty far (almost like a rocking chair) just depends on how far you want it.

      It doesn't really tilt backwards, it rocks back a little when you rest your back on the back of the chair. It will go up and down with a push on the lever on the right side of the chair.

      The arms come with the chair but you don't have to attach the arms to accomodate your condition. The chair is wide and high enough to still be comfortable without the chairs. When I was assembling the chair, I sat in it so long I forgot I had to attach the arms.

      The arms are very well constructed and they come forward to offer elbow support without getting in the way whatsoever. Also, the arms make it easy to grasp while sitting down and serve as a guide. During assembly I thought about leaving the arms off and whether that would affect the sturdiness. This depends on how often and hard you lean back, but yes they can stay out of the assembly. I suggest trying it assembled first and only leave out the arms if necessary.

      i dont think so, the arms are part of what keeps the back of the chair from bending over flat. the arms are actually some of the heaviest built part of the chair. it could be possible, but if your a big person like i am theres a risk of rolling out of it backwards without both arms

      When it is upright and you lock it, it keeps it from tilting backwards. You can't lean the chair back and lock it so that it stayes tilted backwards.

      Bonded leather is the leather equivalent of particle board. It's actually a mulch of leather made from recycled leather and leather scraps and remnants that aren't suitable for use.

      The idea seems cheap and cheezy, but in my experience it actually is comfortable and attractive. It's definitely a step up from pleather. I've got no idea how it holds up long term, although I suspect it won't measure up to the real deal.

      It is NOT.............. not, no way, can`t be real "leather". It feels nothing at all like leather. It is very plastic to the touch. Very hot to sit on. I believe bonded leather has some leather scraps mixed in. Save your cash and but real leather.

      Bonded leather is not actually leather. It is what is commonly known as 'Vinyl', 'Naugahyde', except that it includes shredded scrap leather in the formulation. None of this shredded scrap leather is present at the seating surface.

      Roughly 26" from the seat cushion to the top of chair (it's kind of hard to measure, because the back is on an angle). I am 5'7" and the top of my head is even with the top of the chair.

      I am 6' 4" and I can lean my head back and it is comfortable. I would say I have about 3 inches on the headrest. For the price and comfort I would recommend it
